Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) apply to your use of weddingskirts.com (the “Site”) and to every order placed through it. By visiting the Site or buying from Weddingskirts, you accept these Terms together with our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy and Refund & Returns Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

Who we are

Weddingskirts is a trade name of TANK TIDE LLC, based in PIEDMONT, MO. Through the Site we sell Party & Home Styling products: craft and sewing supplies, fabric-care tools, getting-ready accessories and storage. We do not sell clothing.

Eligibility and accurate information

You must be at least 18 years old, or use the Site with the consent of a parent or legal guardian. When you place an order, you agree to give information that is accurate, current and complete.

Products and availability

Products are as described on their product pages. We may change, update or discontinue any listing at any time without prior notice, and we cannot promise that every item will stay in stock. Colors can look slightly different on different screens, and measurements are those given for each item.

Using the products safely

Several of our products are tools that heat, cut or run on batteries, such as glue guns, craft knives and fabric shavers. Use every product only for its intended purpose, follow the instructions supplied with it, and keep heated or bladed tools out of the reach of children. Adult supervision is needed whenever children take part in a craft project.

Prices, taxes and errors

All prices are shown in US Dollars (USD). Prices do not include applicable sales tax unless stated otherwise. The checkout displays the full cost of your order, including product price, any shipping charge and taxes, before you confirm it. We may change prices at any time, and we reserve the right to correct errors in prices or descriptions, including after an order has been submitted; if an error affects your order, we will contact you before going further.

Orders

Your order is an offer to buy. We may accept or decline it, for example if an item is unavailable or a payment cannot be verified. If we cannot fulfil an order after payment, we will refund you in full.

Payment

We accept Shop Pay, Shop Pay Installments (orders of $35 or more), Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal, Venmo, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Diners Club, Elo, JCB, and UnionPay. Payment is taken securely at checkout through Shopify Payments. There are no hidden fees: every charge is shown before you confirm your purchase.

Shipping

We ship only within the United States, to all 50 states; international shipping is not available. Standard shipping is free on all orders, with no minimum. Processing and delivery times are set out in our Shipping Policy.

Cancellations

To cancel an order, contact support@weddingskirts.com as soon as possible. An order that has already been processed or shipped may no longer be cancellable.

Returns and refunds

We accept returns for manufacturing defects, damage in transit and incorrect items received. Eligibility, time limits and instructions are described in full in our Refund & Returns Policy.

Your account

If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your login details confidential and for activity under your account. Tell us at support@weddingskirts.com straight away if you suspect unauthorized access.

Prohibited uses

When using the Site, you agree not to:

• engage in any unlawful or fraudulent activity;
• interfere with the security or operation of the Site;
• scrape, copy or reproduce Site content without our written permission;
• upload malicious software or harmful code;
• try to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Site or its systems.

Intellectual property

All content on the Site, including product images, text, logos and graphics, is owned by or licensed to Weddingskirts and protected by intellectual property laws, including copyright and trademark law. You may not reproduce, distribute or use it without our prior written consent.

Disclaimer

The Site and the products are provided “as is” and “as available”. We work to keep the Site accurate and reliable, but we do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted, error-free or free of harmful components.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Weddingskirts and TANK TIDE LLC are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site or from products purchased through it, including loss of data, revenue or profits.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless TANK TIDE LLC, its members and its service providers against claims, losses and expenses arising from your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Site.

Privacy

Your use of the Site is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use and protect your personal information.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes are posted on this page with a new effective date, and continuing to use the Site after they are posted means you accept the revised Terms.

Severability and entire agreement

If any part of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the rest remains in full force. These Terms, together with the policies they refer to, form the entire agreement between you and TANK TIDE LLC about your use of the Site, and our failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of it.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Missouri and of the United States. Any dispute arising from these Terms or from your use of the Site will be resolved in the courts located in the State of Missouri.
