Every Weddingskirts parcel travels with a tracking number. We prepare orders within 0-1 business days, email the number the moment the parcel is handed to the carrier, and standard delivery then takes 2-3 business days. Enter it below to see where your order is.
No tracking number to hand? Your orders, their status and their tracking links are all in your account — sign in with the e-mail you used at checkout, no password needed.
What happens after you order
- Order confirmation: arrives right after checkout and carries your order number.
- Shipping email: sent when the parcel leaves us, with the tracking number and a link to follow it.
- Carrier updates: the tracking page changes at each scan until the parcel reaches your door.
Tracking not moving?
The first scan can take up to 24 hours to appear, so a quiet first day is normal. If there has been no update for several days, or the parcel shows as delivered but you do not have it, email support@weddingskirts.com with your order number and we will open an enquiry with the carrier for you.
