Paying at Weddingskirts should be quick and leave no room for surprises. This page lists how you can pay, how your details are protected and what to do if a payment does not go through.

How your payment is protected

Every payment is processed by Shopify Payments, which meets PCI-DSS standards. The connection between your browser and the checkout is encrypted with SSL/TLS, and we never keep your full card details on our own systems.

Prices and charges

Prices on the site are in US Dollars (USD). Before you confirm, the checkout shows the full total, including the product price and any applicable sales tax. Standard shipping is free, and there are no hidden fees added afterwards. Your payment method is charged when you place the order.

After you pay

A confirmation email with your order number arrives shortly after a successful payment. If it has not appeared within a few minutes, look in your spam or junk folder; if it is not there either, write to support@weddingskirts.com.

If a payment is declined

• Check that the billing details match the ones your bank holds.
• Make sure there are enough funds on the card.
• Ask your bank or card issuer whether a restriction is blocking the payment.
• Try another of the payment methods listed above.
